There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Central Texas Real Estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Lilo Carroll was born and raised in Bad Kreuznach, Germany, where she met and married John, a retired military aviator. John and Lilo have have lived in the greater Fort Hood area since 1971, and chose to retire here and raise their 3 sons: Johnnie - proudly serving in the United States Air Force, stationed in Great Britain; Andy - formerly a Texas National Guard aviator, now a EMS helicopter pilot, living with his family in Kansas City, Mo; and Brian - recently graduated from the University of Texas with a masters degree in mechanical engineering, presently living in San Diego, CA; and four grand children.

Lilo Carroll offers a wealth of experience in real estate. She has practiced real estate in the greater Fort Hood area since 1979. To show her commitment to the profession she has pursued continued education and obtained her broker's license in 1984, her GRI, Graduate, REALTOR's Institute, and CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, designations in 1984; her RRC, Referral and Relocation Certified designation in 1991, the coveted CRP, Certified Relocation Professional designation in 1992, and the e-Pro designation endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS in 2004.

She was instrumental in forming military relocation fairs in Ft. Leavenworth, KS, as well as providing relocation assistance seminars at various military installations nationwide. Her yearly attendance at real estate and relocation oriented conventions and educational sessions nationwide assures up-to-date knowledge of the real estate field. She has been an invited panel member/speaker for USAA at bi-regional conferences on military relocation aspects.

When you hire Lilo Carroll you get the benefit of Lilo's knowledge and judgment. She is eager to share her experience with customers and clients, as well as with fellow REALTORS. She doesn't measure her success in the number of closed transactions but in the number of satisfied clients.


MEET LISA TRUITT, REALTOR, BUYERS REPRESENTATIVE

The guidance you need for the home you want, Lisa joined Lilo's Team in January 2007. Being a part of Lilo's Team is important to Lisa. You see, Lilo represented Lisa and Brent in the biggest real estate investment of their lives.

A true daughter of Texas, Lisa was born and raised in Southeast Texas. After meeting and marrying her military husband, they lived everywhere there was an army post except Texas! Four years ago, Brent came home with the news there was a position for the III Corp SF Liaison Officer. Lisa has been married to her Special Forces soldier for over 21 years. Fourteen moves weigh heavily on a family. After promising their two children they could finish high school without more moves in their future, Lisa and Brent decided to make Harker Heights their home.

Lisa's life experiences have been as exciting and diversified as Brent's. Working for the Dept. of Energy; Enron (back when they were the good guys); Cumulus Broadcasting Morning Show Co-Host; and scores of community and volunteer service. Her most rewarding charity work was being a chairperson for the Children's Miracle Network. She helped raise over $87,000 dollars that stayed here in the Central Texas Community benefiting the needs of Texas' most precious residents...little Texans. In 2004, Governor Rick Perry commissioned Lisa an official "Yellow Rose of Texas" an award for her public service and ceremonial ambassadorship for and to the State of Texas.


Meet Kury Armendariz, Office Manager!!

Kury joined Lilo's team in June of 2005. She was born and raised in Cedar Falls, Iowa. She made way to Fort Hood Texas my marring her husband of 8 years, Ray,who proudly serves in the United States Army. He is attached to 21 CSH, HHD, and is a nurse. Kury and Ray are proud parents of 4 beautiful children, Kayla, Katie, Keirra and Kaden. They are also the proud owners of 2 American Cocker Spaniels named Lady and Angel. Kury enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her husband's unit by leading the unit's Family Rediness Group.
As one of Lilo’s Administrative Assistants, she handles the progress of buyer's transactions,and monitors all under contract properties. Some other duties include: creating marketing projects for Lilo’s buyer's and keeping Lilo’s client’s contact records up to date with the progress of the sale of their homes.


MEET KARLA COUTURE - LISTING AND MARKETING COORDINATOR!!

Karla joined Lilo's team in March of 2007. She and her husband Matt moved to Fort Hood in February, 2007 from Tucson, Arizona. Matt currently serves in the United States Army and is stationed at Fort Hood. Matt and Karla are the proud owners of a new puppy named Scout!! Karla is responsible for the processing and marketing of all of our listings. She creates "Just Listed" postcards to send out to area neighborhoods, and is especially creative in making the "Homebooks" for the listing properties. She creates and manages "Virtual Tours" on all properties and is responsible for keeping all of our listings current in over 5 websites. WELCOME KARLA!!
